Canopyfax.com describes our tax projection and scenario planning software and allows CPA firms, tax advisors, and financial planning professionals to request access to the platform. The Site is intended for licensed professionals and firms, not individual consumers, and content on it does not constitute tax, legal, or investment advice.

3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Request Access form;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any related network;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through scraping, malware, or excessive automated requests;
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

4. Requesting Access

Submitting the Request Access form is an inquiry, not an enrollment or purchase — it does not create a contract for the underlying software product. Any onboarding, subscription, or use of the Canopyfax.com platform itself will be governed by a separate agreement provided to your firm at that time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and the Canopyfax.com name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Sierra Managed Accounting Services Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, other than normal, incidental copying by your browser for personal viewing.
